Pooch: As for that Tripod site - I don't mind a fan site, but I do mind when someone merely copies most of my text and claims to actually be one of my friends (when they're not) and that they have my permission somehow.

Pooch: I took down the site because it was far too time-consuming to keep up, and I didn't want to keep an abandoned site up. That was nearly five years ago. The Kids was just a goofy rip-off of The Rutles I made when I was a boy, nothing more, nothing less. I was never in a rock band, I'm not John Lennon reincarnated...it was just a goofy project where I could draw some pictures to entertain my friends and myself. If you want a good Beatles parody, go for The Rutles instead (but not The Rutles 2).

Pooch: I'm sorry, but I'm going to have to decline permission. While I had fun doing that stuff at the time, there are reasons that I took down the Beatles parody site and its related items. I hope that you will honor my wishes and not use any of the images, names, stories, etc. that I had on that site for anything. It's nothing personal against you; but it is my work, and I'd like to keep control over it. And right now, that Beatles parody ("The Kids") is on hiatus, though I may revive it again in the future. Thanks in advance for understanding.
